Tea Bowls

A tea bowl, or chawan, is a handle less bowl traditionally used in the Japanese tea ceremony to prepare and drink matcha . It's a central and active element in the ceremony, passed around to guests who examine its shape, color, and texture. Tea bowls are designed to be stable, easy to hold, and aesthetically pleasing.
